ABOUT TOMSK METALWORK FACTORY PROJECT
The goal of the project is to create the first cluster of industrial automated high-tech production in Russia on the basis of the Tomsk Metalwork Factory (TMF) – a tokenized plant with full technological traceability.
The Objectives of the Project are;
Development of the first hightech scientific and industrial cluster in Russia on the basis of the Tomsk Metalwork Factory
Reconstruction and modernization of the TMF production. The Increase in economic efficiency of the enterprise due to the development of new market segments.
Development of the advanced production control system (ASOC)
Implementation of the legal practice of the ICO as a mechanism for attracting investment.

The site of the project is the Tomsk Metalwork Factory (TMF) – a promising industrial enterprise that has all the necessary pr oduction resources, such as land, real estate, equipment and personnel.

National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University (TPU)
National Research Tomsk State University (TSU)
The project is supported by the Tomsk Oblast Administration and is supervised by the Tomsk State Duma as part of of the state program “Digital Economy of the Russian Federation” approved by the Government in July 2017
Attraction of investments to reconstruction and modernization of production in the region is supported by the state. The project meets modern trends and is necessary for the economic development of the city and region.

ASOC is an advanced control system of blockchain technology that ensures the availability of all stages and mechanisms of enterprise management, which allows monitoring the effectiveness of business processes. ASOC is a system that based on the strategy of integrating production and operations, human resources management,
financial and asset management, focused on continuous balancing and optimization of enterprise resources through a specialized integrated software package providing a common model of data and processes for all areas of the enterprise.
The introduction of ASOC will make the activity of enterprises more transparent and allow for an objective view of the investment target, including the evaluation of investment risks, investment target, comprehensive study of the company’s activities and its financial, economic condition and market situation.
ASOC is a perspective for enterprises that attract investment for development.

The Advantages for the Investors are;
The price of the token is provided by a real production and a strong team with an excellent reputation;
Dividends in the amount of 50% of TMF profit will be distributed among the holders of tokens with proportionate share
Guaranteed buyback of tokens is within 5 years
Scientific discoveries, patents and technologies developed by the research team within the framework of the project are the property of the holders of the tokens, in proportion to their share.
After the development and implementation of the ASOC blockchain, each token holder will receive ASOC coin in an amount equal to the number of tokens.

The plant is located on the territory of the largest petrochemical enterprise, which is a major consumer of metal structures.
There are no competitors in the region. The nearest plants are located 500 km from Tomsk.
Current capitalization of the plant is $ 4.8 million. The plant has a rich and fully stocked raw material base.

This project proposed is aimed at development of a cluster in industrial hightech production on the basis of the Tomsk Metalwork Factory (TMF).To achieve a certain level of competitiveness, it is necessary not only to improve management, production, sales, but also to know clearly which purpose should be reached as a result of the economic activity of the enterprise and by which means.
